***NOW CLOSED*** Invitation To Tender – Enabling access works for Bishops Fen

Durham Wildlife Trust, as lead partner for the National Lottery Heritage Funded project Discover Brightwater, in south west County Durham, is seeking a contractor to work with the partnership to deliver some enabling access works involving the creation of  tracks suitable to carry construction plant.

The successful applicant will be expected to demonstrate substantial expertise in delivering similar work. Two site and client references of similar projects should be provided to the Trust as part of this application.

Tenders need to be returned from suitably qualified and experienced contractors by no later than 12 noon on Monday 17th February 2020 . Work will need to be carried out during early to mid-March 2020.
This work will enable us to proceed to create our new Bishops Fen Wetland Nature Reserve due to be completed later this year.
