Travel through time and watch legends come to life!

Kynren 11Arches Park – Kynren is the jewel, 11Arches Park is the crown! Epic journeys through time with amazing performances, spectacular shows and immersive attractions in a beautifully landscaped open space: 11Arches Park is an unforgettable experience for all the family.

Get close to nature, step back in time and lose yourself in a Viking village, experience immersive and exhilarating live-action shows. Daily schedules will ensure you get the most out of the experience and don’t miss a thing.

The striking 45 hectares site is unique, and that uniqueness arises from its own rich history spanning the Romans, generations of powerful Prince Bishops of Durham, a horse-racing tradition and the Industrial Revolution.

The spectacular shows do justice to this special place. Battle-cries, the thunder of horses’ hooves, the heat of the Vikings’ forge, a relaxing soundtrack of music and water, a cast of animal characters and cultural icons from all over the UK: 11Arches Park thrills, delights and moves

There are so many ways to enjoy your time at 11Arches Park: thrilling shows, immersive experiences, relaxing escapes, as well as places to play, explore, discover and – of course – eat and drink.

The attractions include immersive walkthrough The Maze of Fame, the Kids’ Viking Lair, the Dancing Waters show, alongside family favourites including the Animal Croft and the Viking Village.

Finally, take your seat at 4pm for the afternoon’s crowning glory, our latest original show ‘Fina and the Golden Cape’ on the panoramic outdoor stage.

Daily schedules will provide the opening hours for each attraction on the day of your visit and ensure visitors get the most out of the experience.

Fina and the Golden Cape, is the high point of the day starting at 4pm, so don’t miss out on that.

Everything else lends itself to taking your own time, planning the afternoon and escaping the here-and-now by reliving past centuries, losing yourself in the sights, sounds and smells of other eras and being thrilled by stunts, combat and epic displays of consummate riding skills.
