Willow Weaving for Beginners Workshop In partnership with Groundwork North East & Cumbria.
Come and get into the festive spirit while making a large outdoor angel obelisk and some lovely table or tree reindeer and star decorations.
We will spend the day in the yurt at Hardwick Park weaving beautiful willow angels. We will also make willow stars and rush reindeers.
We are asking for a contribution to the workshop, which will get you a hot drink and a slice of cake from the cafe and secure your place on this fantastic heritage training opportunity.
If people could bring secateurs and gloves that would be helpful.
Please be aware the angels are large and if you don’t have suitable transport on the day they can be left at Hardwick Park to be collected later.
